My email address is invalid

Cachetur will monitor the deliverability of emails sent to your account. If your email server starts to reject emails sent to you, cachetur will automatically invalidate your email address.

When this happens, you have to either correct the issue (tell your email provider to stop blocking emails to, add to your allow-list) or change to a different email address. Cachetur will require a revalidation of the email address before you are allowed to use the same address.

To receive less emails from, disable notifications in your user settings.

Do not attempt to revalidate your email address before correcting the root cause. After a certain amount of failures, cachetur will temporarily block your email address, and you won’t be able to revalidate it without waiting a few days first.
