Cachetur can create GPX files for the trip, that you can download and transfer to eg. an GPSr.

This is done on the trip by selecting "Create Trip Package" on the Download / Export tab, and then choose what you want from waypoints and or Route points

(waypoints contain all waypoints caches etc. that you have in your trip and corresponding information while route points contain only coordinates of the route for the trip)

All GPX files follows the GPX standards, but:

The "Garmin driving route (.gpx)" file is intended to be uploaded directly to the "/Garmin/GPX" folder of a newer Garmin Automotive unit such as the Garmin DriveAssist.

The "Route points (.gpx)" is intended to be used with the PQ maker on Geocaching.com, to create a PQ of all caches allong your route, and is not intended to be used on any GPSr devices..

And after a while, these are ready on your download page. If you navigate away from the page where you requested the download, you can get back to it from the rightmost menu with your profile information using the "Downloads" link.
